Cleve has 25 years of non-profit management experience and provides unique perspective, having worked both sides of the non-profit table from board leadership to staff positions. His talent lies in non-profit development strategies and programs, and he specializes in structuring and implementing capital campaigns. To date, he has raised over $50 million in four capital campaign programs for non-profits with less than $5 million in annual budget.
Prior to joining BRIT, he served as director of development for the Fort Worth Academy. Before that, he owned and managed NatureWorks, a retail store specializing in natural history products and books. Earlier, he was the director of marketing and public relations for the Fort Worth Zoological Association and supervisor of education for the Fort Worth Zoo. While at the zoo, Cleve discovered his passion for connecting people to organizations with important missions.
