The Atrium has floor-to-ceiling windows, LED orange lights, and a reclaimed cypress wood wall. The adjacent hall is available for light seating, food tables, and access to elevators.
The Commons space has bamboo ceilings, adjustable lighting, and is combinable with the Exhibit Hall space for an additional hourly rate. It includes AV, cold catering pantry, and an assortment of tables and chairs.
This space adds conversation to any event with year-round art that never ceases to delight. The Exhibit Hall includes an assortment of tables and chairs, screen, and access to Commons space. Use of this space is subject to availability based on BRIT's public programs.
Who doesn't want lunch meetings overlooking the outdoors? This space has accessibility to the Oak Terrace balcony and cold catering pantry. AV capabilities available. Setup on the Oak Terrace is an additional fee.
Need a space for a small team meeting? The Terrace Conference room is a smaller version of the Oak Conference room with access to board table, Oak Terrace, and cold catering pantry. AV included.
Get close to our living roof on the Oak Terrace. Located just next to the Oak Conference Room and Small Terrace Conference room, the Oak Terrace is a great outdoor space for lunch, dinner, or cocktail hour. Patio tables seating for 30 included.
No decor needed on the prairie with native flowering plants like Little Bluestem. Directly connected to the Atrium and Commons spaces. Outside seating and lighting not included in pricing.
