
There is absolutely no evidence that this is true ... beyond silly ... and, as observed by R.J. O'Kennon, it is possible, as might be suggested, that the left (vs. right) frontal syngenesious reticulate perhaps is involved in neural-aesthetic-deobfuscation (NADOF: various refererences).
