Bella's Story Time for Preschool Children

Join Bella for reading and exploratory activities in the Burk Children's Library and the Tree House at BRIT!  “Bella” is the host of BRIT’s family story times. Much more than a hand-puppet, Bella represents a begonia collected by field research botanists in Peru and sent to BRIT as a specimen.

Bella's Story Time takes place on the first Tuesday and first Saturday mornings of each month. These hour-long programs are designed for preschool-development levels and their adult partners. Parents, grandparents or guardians enjoy an interactive read aloud side-by-side, and explore hands-on nature activities inspired by the story.
