"The Beautiful Tree"

When I moved into my new house I saw the most beautiful tree I have ever seen. I sat by it and read my book. It was so pretty. My tree is puffy, big, and very healthy. She is strong and I think she is the best tree ever. When I turned five years old I climbed it. I sat on my favorite branch and looked at the sky. It was so special to me, the most special thing of all.
Now that I am eight years old it is still so, so special. I still do what I used to do. My favorite thing to do is to still sit on the big, strong branch.
It has grown a lot. It is big and beautiful. I do not know what my life would be without it. I love it in the spring time. The red and yellow colors are the prettiest thing ever. I would not do anything to harm it. I would not trade it for anything.
I climb it everyday and play around it with my friend, Faith. We play tag and the tree is "base". I look out the window and say "Good night", each evening. I wait for it to go to sleep. When I wake up and check on it , it is always in a good mood. I hug it before I go to school and tell her about my dreams. She bows to hear them, unless they are scary. Once a year it gets really sad because I go to New Mexico. When I come back it is always happy.
