There is a tree in my grandparents' backyard. We call it the grandparents tree! I love the feel of the old grandparents tree. The tree is rough and bumpy when you run your fingers against the bark. When you touch the vines they feel hollow like you could almost crush them to pieces. The bark is hard like a bumpy hard to break shell.
The color of this tree is brown but at the bottom it looks sandy. In the middle the tree looks natural kind of a forest brown. At the top it is brown but the top color kind of depends on the sky color too.
As I was saying about the top of the tree, it is really high up. This tree is a very, very tall tree. When you look up at the top it seems like it is a hundred times taller and it looks like the tippy top of the tree is "way" high up in the clouds and could bearly see it.
On one of the branches hangs a wooden swing that everybody tries to race to. When I'm swinging on the swing under the tree's branches in some spots there's sun if you want warmth, and in other spots there's shade to keep you cool.
This is the Grandparents Tree that will always be right where it is now, hopefully.
