After participating in BRIT's distance learning program "Little Green Monsters", a videoconference that combines art and botanical science, Ms. Dominiks first graders went straight to work tending their own garden of green monsters. Ms. Dominik, a first grade teacher at South Bosque Elelmentary School of the Waco ISD, embraced the opportunity to partner with BRIT to give her students a positive learning experience well beyond the broadcast. She provided all the necessary tools for her artists/gardeners' imaginations to germinate. We are proud to display the incredible plant creatures that sprouted and grew! Thank you, Ms. Dominik for sharing and we hope you enjoy the fruits of their labors.
