
Pollinators are critical to 90% of the world's flowering plants and thus are responsible for a significant portion of the world's food crops, fibers and even medicine. They are a valuable natural resource on earth and have an essential role in maintaining earth's balance. Unfortunately, there has been a decline in the numbers of certain kinds of pollinators and the native plants on which they depend.
