Butterflies from Southeast Asia; North, Central and South America; and Africa will be released into the conservatory each week.  Among the more than 100 species are the popular iridescent Blue Morpho, the graceful longwings from Central and South America, the Great Mormon, and the Indian Leafwing from Malaysia. Proceeds from the event support established public education and environmental projects of the Fort Worth Botanical Society and the Botanical Research Institute of Texas.
