Learn relaxation, complete breathing and proper body alignment while developing strength and flexibility through basic yoga postures. The class is suitable for newcomers to yoga but also offers a challenge to people who already practice yoga. Please bring your own mat to class and wear clothing that allows freedom of movement. No class 3/13.
