Tammie L. Crole
Director of Membership and Grants Coordinator
Tammie joined the staff of the Botanical Reasearch Institute of Texas in 2003 and is a native of Fort Worth and her background is program planning and development, community engagement, program sustainability, and organizing mostly in the nonprofit arena. Her area of expertise is working with database systems. She currently manages BRIT’s membership, is the administator for our donor software, she prepares our monthly Leaflet newsletter for members, and help coordinate organizational grants, and budgeting, implementation, and management of our membership program. One of her favorite member program to plan for BRIT is our annual spring Prairie Day, which is held in early May each year with over 600 guests.
Tammie and husband, Calvin love traveling, gardening in their flower, vegetable, and herb gardens, woodworking, photography, cooking together, and hanging out with family and friends. They are new fur parents to their two little maltese puppies. One huge goal is to hike all of our National Parks with their fur babies. They are both very passionate about nature, conservation, and sustainibility. Stop by her office and visit with her.
